Four decisions to live well

There are four decisions (that are against the effects of the hurts of conditioning) that need to be made to really live well. They are:

1. Decide to live in present time
2. No hurting of myself
3. No hurting of anyone else.
4. Reclaiming my full humanity

The decision to live in the present needs to be frequently remade. It is slow to stick, but one of the most powerful tools in the long term.

The key parts of reclaiming our humanness as a man that come to mind are:
-Enjoying the discharge of painful emotion. Enjoying the tears, laughter etc. greatly increase the speed of our healing.
-Enjoying having and feeling the feelings that we have has us noticing our aliveness.
-Deciding to live in our bodies instead of in our thoughts.
-Acting on what we know is humanness. This bypasses the conditioning.
-To live by decision or intuition and not old hurt breaks the false choices left to us by the conditioning.
-Going for each next step towards complete closeness with every person in our lives. This is a reliable way out of the deepest part of our men's conditioning - our isolation.
-Both rest and genuine calmness are universal general contradictions to the claim that all old hurts have that they (the hurts) are still happening.
-"To live in present time is to live in eternity."
-It is our nature to play. "Seriousness" is always old hurt.
